As a newbie to the area you won't know that the route is long, and you'll inevitably start rushing toward the end of the route to make it back to the pickup location in time once you realize where on the map you are and how much time you have left. They intentionally leave vague the details about overtime fees and rollover fees, and then they provide you with a route that is very difficult to complete in a 2 hour allotment.
